So, how does this work?
Choose a product at the quantity you want. Checkout and pay for your order using PayPal or a major credit card. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation, as well as a request to submit your artwork in a vectorized format (.eps .ai or .pdf). Once your artwork has been approved by our Graphics team, you will receive an e-proof for your approval. This document will show you how your final product will look. Once you approve the proof, your order goes into final production, and should be delivered to your door within 4 weeks.
What’s the difference between Ultra HD and Premium Fiber?
Both cloths have vibrant colors and crisp detail. The main difference is the Premium Fiber cloth is a thicker, more luxurious cleaning cloth, which means it can tackle the dirt and grime with ease. Need more information? Check out our info page here.

Do I have to prepay for my order?
Yes. All orders must be prepaid prior to being delivered. You can choose to prepay with PayPal or with a major credit card. You can find more information about payment here.
How is shipping calculated?
We base our shipping costs on what country we are shipping to. Based on the quantity you purchase, you will be charged a flat fee regardless of whether you are in St. John’s or Vancouver, New York or Los Angeles.
I received my order, but I’m not happy. Now what?
Well, that is not what we ever want to hear, but sometimes it does happen. All concerns regarding orders must be received within 10 business days from the date you received your order. We will review each order on a case by case basis and work with you to ensure you are happy once again.
